Recipe for flan:
Put evaporated milk, whole milk (yes, with the fat content), eggs and vanilla extract or powder into a bowl and stir thoroughly until the eggs are mixed well. You may add some sugar, honey or maple/agave syrup for additional sweetness.
Cover the flan pan bottom with caramel. Then pour the mixture in the flan banking dish. Cover up the pan before baking it for approximately 50-60 minutes at 175 degrees
C or 350 degrees F.
Serve when completely cool. Enjoy!!
